This Agreement is entered into by the undersigned participant ("Participant"), individually and/or on behalf of any guests or invitees they bring or are responsible for (collectively, "The Group"), in favor of SafeNet and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, partners, sponsors, affiliates, and agents (collectively, "SafeNet").

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I, individually and/or on behalf of The Group, acknowledge that attending this event involves inherent and unforeseeable risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, negligence of others, or other losses. I, individually and/or on behalf of The Group, knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown, associated with attending this event.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I, individually and/or on behalf of The Group, agree that SafeNet shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to attendance at this event by me or The Group. To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, I, individually and/or on behalf of The Group, voluntarily release and waive any right to bring claims against SafeNet for any such matters, including those resulting from the ordinary negligence of SafeNet.

I understand that this means I and The Group are giving up the right to seek compensation from SafeNet for injuries or damages related to attending this event, whether such risks are known or unknown at the time of signing.

MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION AND RESPONSIBILITY

In the event of an emergency, I, individually and/or on behalf of The Group, authorize SafeNet to obtain medical treatment if I/we are unable to do so. I, individually and/or on behalf of The Group, agree to be solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of attendance at this event.

PHOTO AND MEDIA RELEASE

I, individually and/or on behalf of The Group, grant permission to SafeNet to photograph, record, and use my/our likeness in any media for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes without compensation.

RULES AND CONDUCT

I, individually and/or on behalf of The Group, agree to follow all rules, policies, and instructions provided by SafeNet. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund or compensation.

INDEMNIFICATION

I, individually and/or on behalf of The Group, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SafeNet from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to my/our actions or omissions or those of The Group in connection with attendance at this event.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I certify that I have been made aware of this Agreement and fully understand its terms, and, if signing on behalf of The Group, I certify that The Group has been made aware of this Agreement and understands its terms. I am signing this Agreement freely and voluntarily, individually and/or on behalf of The Group, as applicable.
